My Story

I've been where you are. Training six days a week, feeling like every session needed to be an all-out effort, and wondering why my results plateaued while my fatigue skyrocketed.

The turning point came when I stopped treating rest as weakness and started treating effort regulation as a skill. My performance didn't just improve — it transformed.

That's why I built One Step Training. To give hybrid and HYROX athletes the permission, structure, and proof that smarter training still satisfies their ambition.

I've coached athletes through Spartan races, HYROX competitions, and everything in between. The common thread? The ones who perform best on race day are the ones who trained with intention — not just intensity.
